    Actor/Editor/Surfer/Ex-Astrophysicist

I was born in Springfield, Missouri. The youngest of three boys to Dennis and Ret. Col. Mary Bedell.

Growing up in the military I was fortunate to move every 3 years; stationed across the US and even in Europe. I found it to be exhilarating and challenging. Leaving your friends and familiar surroundings so quickly was sad but taught me to focus intently on whatever endeavor was in front of me.

I spent most my life studying science. With the goal of becoming a Mission Specialist with NASA. This path led me to study Astrophysics and eventually end up at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland.

After a few short months I realized that over the years my passion had moved from Science to the Performing Arts. I resigned my Air Force scholarships and transferred to Film School.

After graduating I quickly rushed to Los Angeles. Because hey... where else does an actor with a film degree that surfs go?
